GARAGE SALES
Homeowners are welcome to hold garage sales at any time throughout the year; however, we do request that you use the required and appropriate signage.
· Signs must be ground mounted and should be removed immediately after event.
· Ground mounted does not mean boxes weighted with stones.
· Signs must be weather resilient.
· Signs made from cardboard boxes or poster boards will be removed.
Imperial Oaks garage sale signs can be purchased twice a year for the community garage sale at the Imperial Oaks Neighborhood Center's management office located at 31120 Imperial Oaks Blvd. They are $5.00 each and are yours to keep. We are unable to accept cash, so please bring a check.
On-Line garage sale ads can be placed by Residents Only. Please make sure your on-line ad has:
· Title (example: Big Sale, Huge Sale)
· Address
· Start and End Date w/Time
· Items for Sale
