POA Clubroom
Location: 31110 Imperial Oaks Blvd
Costs: $80 for a 4 hour block of time. $25 per extra hour
The POA Club Room is perfect for small gatherings and can accommodate a maximum of 55 guests. The clubroom comes with (2) 8' tables, (2) 6' tables, (1) card table and (30) chairs. Also in the room is a TV-VCR/Disc Player (remote given upon request,) small refrigerator/freezer, sink and small counter top.

Contracts are located on the resident side of this website; under Documents. If you have not requested a log in please do so by accessing REQUEST LOGIN under the menu bar. A log in and password will be sent to you once we have validated that you are a resident of Imperial Oaks. This process could take up to 48 hrs. NOTE: If you are renting further varification will be necessary.
